There is no catch. We offer free site sourcing. Simpler Meetings is accredited by IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agent Network), which allows us to receive travel agent commission from hotels on rooms sold. In other words, Simpler Meetings gets paid a referral fee from the hotel as their cost of doing business. To summarize, there is no fee, rate increase, or cost to your organization.

The simple answer is no. Full disclosure – in your side-by-side comparison report, venues accept the following clause: “Hotel agrees that rates quoted have not been inflated due to the commission being paid to Simpler Meetings.”

We provide our complimentary services to programs with 10 or more sleeping rooms per night for one or more nights. We handle meetings and events of all sizes, including small board meetings and corporate incentive trips to large conferences and conventions.

Yes. We handle contract negotiations, schedule site inspections, and provide a contract savings report.

Not at all. Simpler Meetings represent all hotels and hotel chains. We work with any property, so you have a full range of hotels or venues to choose from. If you have a specific hotel in mind, we’ll make sure to put that on the list of potential sites to consider for your program.

Not much work at all. An initial 30-minute phone call to discuss your event requirements. An additional 30-minute phone call to review the side-by-side availability report and identify your top 3-4 potential choices. After we negotiate on your behalf with these properties, you then make your final decision. Once selected, we work with the venue to finalize the contract for you to sign. It’s a straightforward and easy process.

Whether by phone, e-mail, or fax, let us know your time frame, and we’ll get responses to you by or before your deadline. Typically, we provide information to you in 3-5 days. Need it sooner? No problem.

We work with a broad range of clients. Our booking volume and expertise give us tremendous buying power and negotiating strength. We’re able to obtain lower rates when compared to individual organizations that book on their own.
